"Partnership-Franchising" program will solve the issue of franchising financing in Ukraine
"One of the key problems of small and medium business in Ukraine is its underfunding. Lack of government support and high risks for financial and credit institutions do not allow many Ukrainian entrepreneurs to launch their own business. "- said Chief of the Head Department on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, Nicholay Povoroznik, at the International Franchising Forum FHI 2011.
In this regards significant interest on the Forum, which took place on December 1-2 in Kiev, was caused by the presentation of "Partnership-Franchising" loan program from UniCredit Bank.
Reminding that the International Franchising Forum FHI 2011, organized by the Federation of Franchising Development, Hospitality and Infrastructure of Ukraine, is a traditional platform for communication and experience exchange for everybody interested in the franchising development in Ukraine. The Forum was attended by experts and specialists on marketing, finance and legislation issues in Ukraine, as well as representatives of franchise companies from different countries.
"In the current economic situation franchise business model is the most advantageous, since it will reduce financial risk to the minimum" - said Alexander Nogachevsky, Vice-President of the Federation of Franchising Development of Ukraine.
Perhaps, exactly this circumstance encouraged bank to start loans program for franchise start-ups.
It is important to note that UniCredit Bank - the only one bank in Ukraine, that have developed and implemented new loans program on franchising for today.
