Angela Makhinova, the representative of Sayenko Kharenko company, will share her experience on questions of protection of intellectual property's rights in franchising.
Ms. Makhinova advises clients on a wide range of issues in the area of international trade, including issues related to distribution and franchising agreements.
Angela Makhinova is actively participate at the working group on franchising in EBA and has unique experience on providing consulting service in Ukraine for both foreign and Ukrainian companies, that act as franchisor and franchisee in various areas of activity.
